Four members headed to Cheltenham for the first ever Flashers’ Club event at Smokey Joe’s cafe last month.
Organised by writer Alex Clark, winner of the 2016 Gloucestershire Writers Network Competition, there was a warm and enthusiastic audience for the 15 short stories. Jim Moeller read his own ‘Converting from one Country to Another’ and also Sophie Livingston’s ‘Little Town.’
The next flash fiction night will be on February 9th.
